Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Linguine or preferred pasta
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ cup Dry white wine
  • ¾ cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Lump crab meat (fresh, canned, or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Grated parmesan (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Boil Pasta: Cook linguine until al dente; reserve ¼ cup of pasta water.

  • Sauté Aromatics: In olive oil, cook garlic and optional red pepper flakes until fragrant.

  • Deglaze: Add white wine; simmer to reduce.
