  • 5.2 oz Boursin Cheese – (Garlic & Fine Herbs or preferred flavor)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream – (or half-and-half for a lighter option)
  • ½ cup Pasta Water – (reserved)
  • 2 tbsp Butter – (unsalted)
  • 2 cloves Garlic – (minced)
  • ¼ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt & Black Pepper – to taste

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes – (halved)
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach/Arugula
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese – (for garnish)
  • ½ cup Protein – (cooked chicken, shrimp, or crispy bacon)
  • Fresh Herbs – parsley, basil, or chives for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook Pasta – Boil salted water, cook pasta until al dente, and reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
  • Make Sauce – Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic and red pepper flakes (if using). Add Boursin cheese, stir until melted, then mix in heavy cream.
  • Combine – Toss cooked pasta into the sauce, stirring well. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
