2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt 1 cup sour cream ½ cup vegetable oil 2 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ cup brown sugar 1 tbsp cinnamon 1 cup powdered sugar 2 tbsp milk ½ tsp vanilla extract
Prep : Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Batter : Whisk dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix wet ingredients. Combine wet and dry until just blended.
Swirl : Pour half the batter into the dish. Sprinkle with half the cinnamon-sugar mix. Repeat layers. Swirl with a knife.
Bake : 30–35 minutes (toothpick should come out clean).
Glaze : Whisk glaze ingredients, and drizzle over warm cake. Cool slightly before serving.
