  • 1 cup Green peas (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 small Onion, chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 cups Vegetable broth
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan and fresh parsley Optional
