  • 1 Microwave-safe bowl (or double boiler)
  • Rubber spatula
  • 1 Gallon-size zip-top bag (or large container with a lid)

Ingredients
  

  • 9 cups Rice or Corn Chex cereal
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • cups Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Melt chocolate, peanut butter & butter – Microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth. Stir in vanilla.
  • Pour over cereal – Gently fold until evenly coated.
  • Add powdered sugar – Transfer to a zip-top bag, add sugar, and shake to coat.
  • Cool & store – Spread on a baking sheet, let cool, then store in an airtight container.
