Ingredients
  

  • 2 Sushi-grade tuna steaks
  • Soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil
  • Fresh ginger, garlic, black pepper
  • Sesame seeds, sea salt, red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Lemon wedges, wasabi or sriracha mayo for serving

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Marinade: Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, ginger, and garlic. Marinate tuna for 10-15 minutes.

  • Preheat Pan: Heat a skillet over high heat with a little olive oil.
