Main Ingredients 8 oz Feta cheese block 1 cup Halved Cherry tomatoes 2 tbsp Olive oil 2 Garlic (cloves, minced) ½ Red onion (thinly sliced) 2 Eggs (optional) Herbs & Seasonings 1 tsp Dried oregano ½ tsp Red pepper flakes (optional) ¼ tsp Black pepper Fresh basil or parsley (for garnish) Optional Additions Kalamata olives, bell peppers, spinach, avocado, or crusty bread
Preheat Oven : 375°F (190°C).
Prepare Dish : Place feta in the center of a baking dish, and surround with tomatoes and onions.
Season : Sprinkle garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake : 20-25 minutes until feta is soft and slightly golden.
Optional Eggs : Crack eggs into the dish during the last 7-10 minutes of baking.
