- 1 cup Unsalted butter
- ½ cup Powdered sugar
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp Ground Earl Grey tea
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp Fine sea salt
- ½ tsp (Optional) Lemon zest
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy (2–3 minutes).
Add vanilla & ground, Earl Grey, mixing until blended.
Whisk flour and salt separately, then combine with the wet mixture to form a dough.
Chill dough (30–45 minutes) wrapped in plastic.
