  • ½ tsp Chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley or dill, for garnish
  • Juice of ½ lemon, for brightness

Instructions
 

  • Sauté aromatics: In olive oil, cook onion until translucent. Add garlic and sauté briefly.

  • Spice it up: Stir in paprika, thyme, and chili flakes for 1 minute.
